Bigger Homes is looking for an enthusiastic and professional Property Leasing Agent to assist us with the leasing and marketing process of our properties.

The individual ideally lives in one of these areas;  Montreal, QC,  Ottawa,  London and  Toronto, ON

positive relationships with property owners and tenants, contribute to a positive atmosphere in the team, and portray a positive image of the company in your activities.A Leasing Agent must balance the needs of property owners and tenants while meeting occupancy and rental goals. To be successful you need to balance the needs of property owners with those of tenants and achieve occupancy and rental goals. Top applicants are Self-employed, proficient multi-taskers, well-organized, and have strong people skills as well as problem-solving capabilities.

Requirements: 

Minimum of 1-year working experience.

In-depth understanding of the real estate industry, including laws, policies, and best practices.

Personable, professional, outgoing, good organization, project management, and time management abilities.

Great customer service skills.

Efficient problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Effective communication skills, including verbal and written communication in English and French (According to the province)

Multitasking and time management skills.

Must have access to a car and a smartphone.

Representatives are paid commission only and have room to advance to higher levels with a better pay structure.
