This request does not create a binding agreement between the Purchaser and the Seller and will not be enforceable. The only purpose to submit this request is to show the intention of the sender to potentially invest in the future real estate investment projects of BiggerHomes. Only the further Contract, duly executed by the Parties, will be enforceable. The investment project could be any type of real estate investment, including, development, multi-family rental or land subdivision. Allthoght, a minimum initial investment of $50k is required.
